Excellence In Teaching
Staff at Jarman is highly qualified and features National Board Certified Teachers, Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching and Master Teacher Project Honorees.
Social Studies
Students are actively engaged in their Social Studies learning as they participate in hands-on activities, technology infused lessons, and multi-faceted learning experiences that lead to step-by-step discovery. Students don't just learn Social Studies - they experience it.
College & Career Preparation
Our goal is to prepare and ensure 100% of our students excel academically and socially, are college and career ready upon graduation, and become responsible citizens. We believe with this vision our students will become empowered to achieve at their highest potential in all curricular areas.

Union Schools Education Foundation is continuing #10ForU - a fundraising campaign created to show how small acts of kindness can collectively make a meaningful difference.

In partnership with Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance, families can pick up free, hands-on STEM kits filled with Gathering Place-themed activities!
Monthly and yearly freckles passes are available in the Jarman online store. You can also still join the Jarman Elementary PTA (doesn't mean you have to get involved, but you can and we would love you to!), and we also have some Redhawks Pride Jarman shirts in stock for purchase.

Union's Native American program will conduct public meetings concerning Indian student programs on Tuesday, September 10 at the Union Public Schools Education Service Center, 8506 E. 61st Street. Meetings start at 6 p.m.

Union Public Schools, in a new workforce development partnership with OSU Institute of Technology and Hardesty Family Foundation, is expanding its construction academy for high school students to include coursework on electrical construction and air conditioning/refrigeration.

Early Childhood
Union provides a full-day, year-round program for eligible 3-year-olds, 4-year-olds and kindergarteners. Students learn language, fine arts, problem-solving and more.
STEM
Union offers a wide range of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math opportunities. Union was the 1st in Oklahoma, & among only a handful of districts nationwide, to offer STEM to students Pre-K through 12th grade.

Union's effective Community Schools model means increased attendance, reduced mobility, & improved academic success because of our partnerships.
